Over the years, Claire's massage techniques have continued to expand and develop alongside her experience and interests, leading to a more intuitive, myofascial work where appropriate.

With over 20 years experience working as a massage practitioner, Claire has worked closely with both Ludlow and Hereford Chiropractic Clinics.

Registered Osteopath

With over 20 years experience having qualified in 1995, Richard works closely with both NHS and private patients, along side treatment support provided to  numerous sports clubs and olympic/world class athletes.

Weleda Esthetician & Wellbeing Advisor

As our Holistic Weleda facial treatments and skincare specialist, Lucy helps to soothe skin irritation and redness, clear congestion and outbreaks, and/or revitalise and hydrate dull, tired skin. 

Lucy has used Weleda products for many years and been a Weleda Wellbeing Advisor since 2016 and is  one of the  first to obtain the Weleda  Esthetician qualification.

Bowen therapy, Emmett techniques and McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release.

Having experienced Bowen therapy as a patient and the profound affect it had in making changes to the body & mental wellbeing, Grace began her training in 2014 at the College of Bowen Studies, covering all body facial release technique.

Further studies have seen Grace qualify in Emmett techniques and McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release.

Chinese Medicine Practitioner Lic. Ac/ MSc CHM

Freya provides healthcare through Chinese Medicine, practicing Acupuncture, Moxibustion, Chinese Herbal Medicine (CHM) and Tui Na bodywork.

Additional services include coached nutritional behavioural-change programmes to enhance and optimize patient’s long-term health.

Jikiden Reiki Practitioner

Steve discovered Reiki in 2017. He trained and qualified as a Jikiden Reiki Partitioner shortly after a series of treatments and he has been practicing Reiki every day, ever since. He belongs to the JRUKA, the Jikiden Reiki UK Association, the UK arm of the Jikiden Reiki Institute in Japan and a member of the UK Reiki Council.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Massage & Reiki Practitioner

Initially qualified in 1998, Sharon works with the Bracken Trust Cancer Suport Centre becoming a qualified MLD & DLT  - a gentle form of massage to help decongest tissue - practitioner in 2014.

As a Holistic Therapist, Sharon others a wide range of treatments including as massage, reflexology

Life Coach & Neuro-Linguistic Programming

Meriel is an Intuitive Coach and Guide, helping her clients with challenges ranging from relationship issues to attaining work-related goals.

Meriel holds Diplomas in Business and Life Coaching and NLP from the Associations for Coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

Reflexology

Dawn is a professional Reflexologist tailoring each treatment to promote self healing through encouraging optimisation of the body's systems via the feet.

Dawn is available as a mobile therapist, at her base in Kington or here at Number7 Clinic

Trained and qualified with SMAE Institute, Jane is Registered and Insured by The British Association of Foot Health Professionals offering a range of services and advice to both treat and help keep your feet healthy.
