Using your Insurance

If your treatment is covered under your medical insurance  and you wish to pay your fees through your insurance insurer/provider, you will need to liaise closely with your insurance provider before booking your first appointment.  You should also be aware of the terms and conditions of your policy and let us know if there are any limitations.

When you attend your first appointment at Number 7 Clinic, please make sure you that bring the following:

• Medical insurance registration documents. including poilicy number
• A completed claim form/proof of pre-authorisation from your medical insurer.

We have an arrangement with a number of the medical insurance companies which allows us to send your invoice to them electronically. However, at the end of your course of treatment you will still receive an invoice from us and which you should forward to your insurance company.

If you don't have all your insurance details with you when you arrive for your first treatment, you may be asked to settle your account either by cash, BACs or credit/debit card.
